Bright dress from UK company bought from ASOS

Never been worn dress from UK company, With Love, Jessica, bought from ASOS. It runs a little small so never got to wear it (still has tags). Really fun, bright, off the shoulder dress. It says size 8 but it’s really like a size 2.
