Bright, colorful white fish patterned dress

Cool, funky, fish patterned dress. Brand is leggiadro, high quality and white still pops! Only wore this twice last summer, don’t have the weather here to pull it off. Size says 10 but fits like a 4/6 Measurements lying flat: Armpit to armpit: 16.5” Shoulder to hem : 33” Waist: 14.5”
