Bright colored v-neck dress/tunic

Bright colored v-neck dress/tunic, purchased at boutique. Very comfortable, elastic waist and pockets. Black lining on the bottom! 35" from top of neck to bottom hem long. Armpit to armpit is 22". Waist is 13" without stretching elastic. I wore with black leggings, so eye catching cute!
