Bright colored vintage 80’s cropped top, blouse, shirt

Had a small snap at v neck Elastic hem - has a weird twist in it due to how it was sewn, but it doesn’t affect how it looks once wearing it. I’ve worn it for two summers now and loved it! Personally would call it a medium, even though the tag says large.
