Bright colored floral A-Line dress. Size 6

One of my favorite dresses that will get compliments anywhere you go. Extremely flattering. Bright colored with black background. I have always worn strapless. It originally came with bright lime green ribbon belt and straps. I do have the sash, however the straps cannot be found. This is in gently used condition.
