Bright blue skater skirt (skort)

Blue skater skirt made of a somewhat thick stretchy material. Was bought from the app Wish, so it doesn't have a standard size. However, it fits like a medium around the waist and in the legs of the shorts underneath. Could be a mini or mid-thigh length depending on your proportions. Worn a couple of times, no flaws, excellent used condition (EUC).
