Bright black and cream spotted blouse Jones & Co. NY 2X NWT

Interesting detailing on this blouse. It has a seem down the middle of the blouse that is sewed shut. No buttons or zipper. The shoulders are semi-blouson with elastic and a scalloped design past the elastic. On the back of the blouse is a horizontal seam and one pleat. This leads to a very loose feeling blouse. No spandex. 100% poly.
