Bright and colorful silk top

Bright, lightweight and 100% silk. Easy to get in and out of with elasticity along the top trim and waist, adjustable straps, belt. Length (excluding the straps) is 20.5” so If you have a small torso, technically this could be a dress. I have owned this for going on 10 years, but have kept it in wonderful condition. Tag specifies dry clean only, but I have washed on gentle cycle.
