Bright and Shining Gold Tone Quintel Rhinestone Brooch Watch

This is a cute and bright gold colored brooch featuring a dangling Quintel watch. Sparkling rhinestones complete the look. Appears to be in good shape. Not running. As is. Might be fine and just need a battery, might just be for parts. I don't know. Lovely looking little watch.
