Bright Yellow, Multi-Layered, Mini Strapless Dress

Purchased from Akira (in Chicago) 10+ years ago. Worn only once. Bright yellow mini dress with adorable multi-layered ruffles. Says medium but fits like a small. Recommended for someone 5’4” and shorter. Tiny color smudge embedded in one of the ruffled but can probably be steamed out. Definitely not noticeable.
