Bright White Balloon Butterfly Top from Italy

A stunning, unique, butterfly top, with beautiful accents: a braided strap on one shoulder with a flower decoration. Bright white. There's a band at the bottom, so you can wear it as high or low as you want. Perfect over skinny jeans! Purchased on a trip to Italy and worn once (like many of my clothes). Made in Europe. Size is ONS which fits as a Small, but because of the loose design, it can fit a Medium as well. Excellent new condition. Smoke free and pet free home.
