Bright Pink floral cut out crop top

The pink is a little more bright/falls slightly more neon hue than is shown in photos. However, this top is new with tags. Purchased at the boutique Dress Up a few years back. It’s cropped, has an exposed zipper, features appliqué like flowers with cut outs, and has a jagged hem that match due to the petals.
