What’s the bust and waist measurement and overall length? Is This dry clean only and do you know what the stain is from?

@cjgrayfox Pit to pit and waist are already included in the description. It is about 60 in long from shoulder seam to bottom hem and it says wash cool, line dry on the tag. I believe the stain came from a small makeup smudge during prep for a wedding that was remedied with water. I haven't done anything past that to attempt to remove it but it is genuinely so hard to notice with the folds in the bust.
