Hello, was wondering if the petticoat has a hoop ? what is the smallest hook on it ??

@lisangela648 it does not have a hoop, but stiff material that looks kind of like tulle (I added a photo). It measures about 27 inches around on the smallest hook

@holleighquinn I didn’t have it altered, I was a size 4 when this truly fit and it’s only been tried on a few times since I didn’t end up using it on my wedding day. I will take measurements of it lying flat today

@missbeithanina I’m not sure exactly, but it definitely fills out a dress especially if there’s already some layering in it. It did come down to my ankles when it fit yes!
