Adjust the rusching on the front or back of the sleeves for 3/4 length, bracelet length, longer in front or back. Adjust the rusching on the front to accommodate a larger or smaller bust, to crop the jacket, or to lower it to full length Adjust the rusching in the back to a cropped length or hip length. Rusching is held in place with cord locks on same-fabric drawstrings. If you don't like the cord lock looks, it's also possible to tie the drawstrings to maintain rusching.
