Brett Favre, Quarterback for the NFL Green Bay Packers and Dick Monfort, owner of the Colorado Rockies, teamed up to found Brett Favre’s Steakhouse in October 1998, 18 months after Favre led the Green Bay Packers to victory in Super Bowl XXXI. In July 2017, the name changed to Hall of Fame Chophouse to better fit in with the Packers’ Titletown and Legends’ entertainment districts around Lambeau Field.
