steven6470 @gman65 I was told from the family member it was handed down by that it is. It is a breitling mulliner which is the only edition of breitlings that have the open heart dial on the face of the watch.

gman65 @steven6470 you are correct, however, the Mulliner was only offered with Calibre 18b which has the tourbillon at the 6 oclock position. Also, it was only offer in platinum, yellow, rose, or white gold. It has a wooden veneer ring, six different finishes and sapphire case back with matching crocodile strap. Only a handful a year are produced with a hefty price. Im sorry to say, but this is a rep.

gman65 I meant wooden veneer ring around the sapphire case back displaying the movement as it is a work of art. This has a solid stainless case back which absolutely was not produced.
