Breezy hi-lo skirt, never worn

"Gone fishing" - Closet temporarily unavailable, will return. Breezy hi-lo skirt in midi length with flowy chiffon material and liner, partial elastic waist (on back). Lace detailing by hem. Never worn, though I did remove the tags.
