Breezy blue summer dress

SUCH a cute dress!! It is very thin material on top (see through back) but because of the deep v neckline you pretty much have to wear a sticky bra anyway so I found it to be my favorite part of the dress. Bought a few years back but never found the right occasion to wear it to :/
