britmusichick @ellejayz if you’re a visual learner like myself, youtube “Shamballa Bracelet open and close” and the second video that pops up by youtuber jknjoesmum1 will show you step by step! —- In words, when you put the bracelet on your wrist, use you hand with the bracelet on it to hold one pull string, and you your opposite hand to hold the other pull string, and pull them together! I hope this helps ✨
