mfitnessapparel @kkmeade I would recommend a medium unless you are smaller than a size 4. On the gray leggings, one of the models is a size 4 and is wearing a small. They fit, but they look a little bit tight.

mfitnessapparel @eastcoastluv the black, blue are gray are not see through, the pink are a little lighter, so if you wear something dark underneath you might be able to see it. They do come small, upsizing is recommended.

mfitnessapparel The ones that I have now are a little more stretchy than the previous ones, they are 78%polyester 22%spandex. So that's why the difference. The old ones were only 8%spandex.
