kaylakehoe25 Hey why do you ignore my messages??? I orderd on sunday and I was asking if you ship it on the next day because its 4days now and its still pending usps scan. Do you really ignored your costumera after they orderd from you??!

artofgoddess @kaylakehoe25 Hi Kayla, I am not ignoring my customers - I don't always have access to the platform. I shipped them out yesterday, which is earlier than I ship most items. I dont do next day shipping, as I work and attend classes, and the business is a part time venture. I would recommend you to be patient because this is not an on-demand service like Amazon Prime - I have to take my packages to the post office, acquire supplies, package everything, etc.

All in my side is I message you very nicely about when do you ship it..then I havnt heard any respond from you.. so I messaged You very nicely again yesterday.and I didnt heard any respond from you again..and I was checking some of the time you gave a respond to others..Im not aseller here but I love using poshmark to shop some dresses. my concern is you never gave me any words and any respond until today ..so why is that????!!

kaylakehoe25 From the very beggining I use poshmark and I purchase something.. sellers always give some message afterwards. Saying they will ship it 1 or 2days..Im fine with that. But I message you 4 times already..

artofgoddess @kaylakehoe25 Usually it takes sellers between 2-3 business days to ship. You can track the purchase in the purchase tracking section. I understand that you are new to poshmark and are still figuring out the rules. I am happy to help you.

artofgoddess @kaylakehoe25 I didnt receive or didnt notice your notification, girl. Whats the problem? Posh sellers are not obligated to do so. My job is to provide a product and ship it within 6 days. Thats it. I do my best.

kaylakehoe25 @braziliara and most sellers do respond to there costumers..costumers have the right to ask any updates from there order. My Geeez! I havnt had this experience since I use poshmar. But lets not make this big deal.
