is this a 38HH like a US 38K? or more of a US HH. (these sizes are so confusing. I wish there was one universally agreed sizing system!)

@2glitch2 Im not sure but! If it helps-I normally wear a 34H and this piece was just way too loose in the bust and all over. I agree, the sizing is just all over the place!
