What are the actual measurements of the waist and cuff?

Hi, is there anyway that you can get a true measurement of waist with a tape? Also have these been washed? Your pics with the sunlight make it very hard to tell what's faded vs sunlight. Thanks

@anthonycatanese definitely no fading (sorry that was sun in the pics) and no they haven't been washed. I've only done a couple spot treatments where needed because of the raw denim. I used a tape measure straight across the back waistband and that's 17 inches.
