Brassy fob pendant on opera length handmade chain

No stamps or signatures. Interesting handmade twisted link chain. Measures 33” with no clasp. You just slip it over your head. Has a goldtone seal fob on the bottom that appears to be brass. Very cute vintage Victorian style piece. Would be good for a costume or cosplay or even as an interesting everyday necklace.
