Vintage 1980s brass belt buckle, Oilfield Equipment Repair, Inc. Debunked in 1985. Manufactured by Hitline USA, Made in U.S.A. Buckle is solid brass and hardware is mixed metals (reacts to magnet). To fit belt width up to 1-3/4". Buckle measures 3-1/4" x 2". The hardware is a little off skew, but still fully functional.  Appears to be a manufacture flaw.
