Purse Obcession listed at $39- but penalize greatly for single orders + shipping I don’t yet have a tax I.d. ... but trying to get in with Brangio wholesale in Cali, don’t think they will budge w/o this -Just can’t invest right now -Miami handbag, have 4 $50 but just random colors- in ea.bag... When do you need 2-know?

@essenceiridence Unless, you're a legitimate business, you can't get a tax i.d., so you won't be able to buy at wholesale prices. You also have to provide a copy of your business license too. I could beat the price, but please keep in mind that Poshmark takes 20% of my sales. These bags are some of the most expensive wholesale prices that I pay, so my profit margin is very low, so I wouldn't be able to go that much lower than $77.

@essenceiridence The shade of blue that it comes in is royal, so it's not a pale blue. Since I just received a shipment, it just depends on how fast these sell. As a boutique, I participate in vendor events and festivals, which is where I sell the most of these. I posted several new ones yesterday, including the "Icon," which is their newest design!

They seem pretty crooked- last I tried, they were trying to force fedex shipment, so I cancelled -the ground shipping approx ?-$18(don’t remember exactly), but single order penalty was like $20. I have been buying from Festival flea market for $66+ tax- but New Miami handbags has the top handle $65 total w/free ship-just registered as a vendor w/them. Was wondering what Brangio in Ca. Charges wholesale, for tax reg. Businesses-?Do you know-?? I apprec. What u mention about Poshes %.

@essenceiridence All of my wholesalers want to see a copy of my business certificate as well. I had to go to County Hall and fill out the paperwork to become an official business. I also need to show my tax ID number because I must pay sales tax to the state annually. Otherwise, you're not a registered business that wholesalers want. Do you have an official business certificate?

@essenceiridence Tax IDs don't cost anything. You just fill out the paperwork online and it gets mailed to you. But you must have a business certificate first that does cost money, but the fee is minimal at least in NYS. You take the hit on paying sales tax to the state.

In Florida it’s almost $300 dollars,we do this w/Sun Biz, I am a registered business w/Google & Yelp. Also on Linked In/Pinterest/Instagram/fb, offer up /letgo, and formerly artsy, I had a kiosk in the Boynton Beach mall, 2- years ago, And also have vendes at several events, In Florida our tax ID is our business registraron/certificate. What state are you in?? Do you have a brick & mortar boutique??

@essenceiridence It depends on the style and from whom I order. It varies so I can't give an exact answer. Then you have to factor in shipping, which is expensive since these all come from LA and goes by weight. Honestly, these are the most expensive prices that I pay for a wholesale item.

@essenceiridence No, I don't have a brick and mortar boutique. I'm busy all year selling at major events in Western and Central NYS. Most of sales come from there and not online. I keep getting asked to open a brick and mortar, but I don't want the additional overhead and expenses that come with it.

I actually first saw these floral/crystal 5-6 years ago , at the same flea market where Zi have bought the-4- I have, but never wrote down the name. Then never saw again til , about 9- months ago in Bayside marketplace in Miami, that’s when I took a CB picture of the label. R they well known in NYS??

@essenceiridence I guess every state has different rules. In NYS, we pay a small fee for our business certificate. Then once we have the paperwork and that number, we apply online for the tax ID or EIN. I was first given a tax ID, but then issued and EIN several months later. Can't remember the reason why. Lol I'm surprised how inexpensive it is to establish yourself in NYS because nothing's cheap here! Haha! I'm a sole proprietor because I don't have any employees.

@janiez54 No actually I was mistaken, I was asking this question at the bank, and the fee, apparently is not for the tax I.d. But for the actual business licsence, and the mgr. there said it can be done fine $125, ??? And then the EIN, would be free.
