Brandy Melville burn out Velvet dress with sheer Asymmetric skirt

This pretty dress is a stretch burnout velvet or velour. It has a scoop neck almost into a V top with long sleeves the top is fully lined the skirt however is not it’s the same fabric and is sheer cut in an asymmetric ham with a little raffle. The fabric has plenty of stretch. In excellent condition no size tag please see my measurements I’m listing as a small.
