@ccslittlecloset do you know if these would fit a size 28 waist? Do they stretch?

The fabric content is 97% Cotton/3% Spandex so there is very little stretch in the fabric. The pants do have an elastic waistband so I can stretch it out fully to about 29." But I do feel that Brandy Melville clothing is cut very narrow through the hips since it is generally marketed to young teens. Hope this is helpful.
