Purchased as nearly new (worn once) but cannot return. Size is an 8 but there is no stretch to it and I am too curvy for it. Runs smaller, more like a 4 or 6 ( see measurements). Length is 42 inches. As seen at 2018 Brandon Maxwell runway show, and on Melania Trump. Excellent like new condition.
