Brand new women's blouse

The reason I picked this shirt was because it was truly a stament peice and also because I could dress it up or down. It's a dark green and silvery tye dye shirt with a opening in the lower back and it ties. So your gonna show just a little skin on your back. It is brand new with the tags on it. Awesome shirt!
