Brand new with tags sequin skirt

White House size2 sequin skirt -PLEASE READ- it’s new never used but as seen on the picture it has some threads coming out/loose and there’s some sequin falling in sure it can be fixed but I’m not really crafty (I don’t know how to use a sowing machine lol) Thank you for reading !
