Brand new with tags never worn Express dress

Brand new with tags attached never worn at all. Too small. This dress is gorgeous and spicy and for a bad lady with a chic bag and heels would look amazing. It is all sequined and shiny and the design is so detailed as seen in the pics. Underneath is a white lining will show pics if needed made of polyester. Dress is 95 percent cotton and 5 percent spandex. Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches Waist is 12 inches Thigh area is 16 inches length is 32 inches It is an XS but can fit a small or a petite small medium. Beautiful dress if you like it please send offers but it is brand new just a few spots on the lining inside from hanging in the closet because it is an off white color but outside is pristine. Not one sequin missing. Colors very vibrant just beautiful to wear to a restaurant, out with the girls, a nice date or whatever you please.
