Brand new with tags, adjustable strap Navy dress with sparkles throughout!

This is a gorgeous dress. I bought it for an event and never wore it. It is so beautiful, and so flattering it’s tough to sell! Size is an XL, but in my opinion could be a L or an XL. There is stretch if you need it, with adjustable straps. Navy blue sparkles everywhere! It is an extremely flattering fit!
