Brand new thigh high boots (never worn)

There is nothing wrong with them. I wear a 7 1/2 and I thought the 8 would fit. They’re too big. A person that wears an 8, they would fit perfectly. I purchased them online and they were final sale. I have really thick thighs and they go all the way up my leg (very stretchy material).
