Completely brand new used twice give me an offer it is completely unlocked and can be powered with anything. I use it on my Wi-Fi at home and at work or my hotspot ftom my phone and have absolutely no problems has no service. I will scrub and clean history once sold give me an offer I’ll Probably take it
