Brand new still wrapped silver French poodle charm 1/2 inch long

Brand new in wrapped sealed package a silver French poodle charm. Typical style for poodle. Look at pictures. 1/2 inch long. I do not know much about it. Found in my Mother’s estate items. She was not into this type of dog, so not sure how she got it!
