Brand new spring jacket without tags

Black poka dotted lined spring jacket. Polyester/spandex. Has front snaps plus a zipper. Can be clinched at waist for tighter fit. Very roomy with button detail on pockets with a pleated back on bottom of coat. Armpit to armpit 21" shoulder to hem 24". Never has been worn. Excellent condition. Great for spring.
