Brand new, never worn JC Penny bridal, reception, or prom dress. Size 3-4.

Brand new, never worn white chiffon dress. Size 3 from JC Penny. I think it fits more like a 4 or 6 though. Beautiful beading detail on the bodice. Some see through mesh “v” under the arms. I only got to try it on, but it’s very elegant to wear. Would make a great Bridal, wedding reception, prom, or event dress! No damage. I just didn’t get a chance to wear it to the event since most things were canceled in 2020. Original price was $250. I’m asking $135 for it. I’m open to reasonable offers as well.
