Brand new never worn Busch Light high top shoes youth size 3.

They were bought online as a mens 9 and are marked as mens but are actually youth size 3. It took them 4 months to send the shoes and they were not right. Just want at least some of my money back paid $90 they are lace up high tops with Busch beer colors and logo on them.
