Brand new never used Mickey Mouse Ghost Tote.

Brand new never used Mickey Mouse Ghost Tote. I ordered this from a small business online and it took months to get to me. I expected the handles to be longer but they aren’t. Contemplated trying to be crafty and sewing on longer pieces for a handle or paying someone and just thought someone might have missed out on that sale or is craftier than me. It’s been stored in the plastic bag it came in. Please see pics for measurements. Comes from a smoke free home.
