After 10 days this had yet to ship, I was told on two different occasions it was being shipped and it never was. I cancelled my order and you don't even check why. In my eyes that is bad business. If you busy or have something come up you should inform your buyers about their purchase & delay in shipping. Either way you did not. I'm not happy at all.

@klove21 that day that I talked to you on here I told you I sent your package which in return was the wrong item and I when I got home I realized this and called the post office to have them hold it there and I would switch out the very next day. Not even 5 mins later an officer from the town that my husband works in called me to inform me that he was in a car accident!!!!! I drove 300 miles that day to go see him and I just got back late last night and I'm sorry that all this has happened!! I'm sorry that I didn't even think to look at my phone this past few days!! I just seen everything today and I am still gonna ship out to you! I don't want to have anyone think I do bad business but life happens and I'm very sorry for that!! So you will still get this dress!
