Brand new cobalt blue dress

Like new condition- worn only to take these pics. Took the tags off but the clear hanger strap is still attached. From Target. The jeweled neckline is uniform and sturdy, and not cheap looking up close. Colbalt blue, form fitting, it sits just above my knee. (I'm 5'6) again, never been washed or worn. And- there are no stains on the dress, but the mirror in my room is filthy! Eek! Offers welcome!
