smmendoza84 I’ve been looking at these for my hospital bag! I’m a medium pre pregnancy but wondering if I should size up like they say so I can wear them home from the hospital. Did you try them out and size up or stick with your original pre pregnancy size?

kristinapaulk29 @smmendoza84 hey there! Are you a size 6/8? If so I’d say go with your normal size medium. That’s what I did. They are tight but I think that’s how they are supposed to fit post baby!

smmendoza84 @kristinapaulk29 thank you! I’m normally an 8/10 so a little worried they might be tight. Are the medium more like 6/8? I thought the chart said medium is 8/10 so it’s good to know they run small

kristinapaulk29 @smmendoza84 I think you should get the medium. I had gained weight and was definitely a heavier 8. Maybe order the medium online so that you can return them if you think they are too tight, but so do think you should go with a medium. They aren’t supposed to be loose at all to be effective.
