Brand new, Teal/Aqua Bebe dress

I am pictured in the photo just for reference. I am 5’4” but I don’t feel I have the figure anymore to wear this dress properly. It’s so beautiful and never worn aside from the photo taken. The tag is even still on it :) Size 4. Soft sheer material. The color is either teal or a touch greener than a robin’s egg blue as pictured. Has a vintage feel to it.
