Brand new Steampunk lady costume

Brand new in package Steampunk lady costume. Only been tried on. I believe this would ideally fit a size 6 or smaller human. Includes: jacket with ribbons for lacing sections on the arms, blouse, corset belt, and hoop skirt. All of these pieces feature velcro closures. Non-smoking home.
