Ordered offline NEVER EVEN HAD A PINKY TOE IN THEM. They arrived 2 1/2 weeks later during which time my childs foot grew to a size 12 skipped 11.5 I swear in 2 weeks grew a whole size! Lord help me; Welcome to my world. Covid19 has the company not accepting returns at this time and most likely will not accept them before the companies return policy ends.
