Brand new Saint Genies velvet dress

I love this dress, but it is too small. Size US 2. A blush color there is a small section at the top that has sequins that have a matte finish so the cowl neck shows this when you are wearing it. Zipper in the back. Adjustable straps. Bought from ASOS.
