wizeegirll Hello, I tried to chat private but its says disabled. I had a procedure done the week I received your item and I was not able to work out for a couple of months after. So now that I am able to work out again, I opened the monitor but it does not seem to work. I put it on the charger and does some sort of light up but then goes dark. I left it on charger over night and when I tried to turn it on, it does not do anything. Its supposed to vibrate and light up that its turning on.

wizeegirll I also tried to contact Peloton to see if there's anything that can be done bc the product is discontinued. The only thing that they suggested was to purchase a new charger and see if that was the issue. Which I spent another $25 on. I received the new charger, but the monitor still did not turn on. I know it's not of any fault of yours, but I spent $90 for an item that I can't use. Will you be willing to provide a refund or any accommodations for this? I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
