Brand new Necessaey Clothing ribbed low V neck dress

Never worn. Still has tags. Ribbed thick material with low V neck. In person you can’t really see that spot (I’m not sure what it is) the picture definitely shows it more. The dress is about knee length, possibly a little lower. I’m 5’3-5’4 for reference
